I haven't had this issue myself. By any chance would you happen to know when the issue started? I'd like to try replicating the issue so I can work on a fix.

 

Edit: I did some more testing and I could not replicate the issue as of this moment. Any info regarding when the issue began would be greatly appreciated. If the issue cannot be replicated, do not feel bad. I will in the further future remake this mod with a new script after finishing my current mod project. When I made this mod back then I was fairly new to modding. So I was very limited on what I could achieve with the functions I knew. Looking at it now, I would do things a lot differently. Such as replace the hidden Size Queen progress skill with a simple dictionary, and possibly create a broadcaster instead of using an alarm to check whether a sim should get the Oh My Buffs when around sims with a big dick. Which will most likely prevent those repeated messages from popping up.

What pie menu options need to be selected to have the Compliment Bulge interaction?  I have a sim who likes big dicks and one with the big dick trait, but can’t find the interaction. Are there certain conditions that must be met for that interaction to show?

It is unfortunate that this mod relies on Asril's custom trait mod. This custom trait mod has huge  savegame-screwing potential and it often breaks the game of users.

Its bad if you want to use this mod in a savegame that is important for you.

Any chance that the modder will instead rely on one of the similar custom traits mods maybe over at nraas' page?

Hi. I'm not sure whether to post this in the VV thread or this one, but here it is. I have Vile Ventures, not the standalone, and find that there are some missing options. Complementing bulges like mentioned by another user, sexting, and the "sexpertise" skill. I couldn't even find the skill with Master Controller. Were there parts of this mod left out of VV, and if so, can you list them? Will they ever be fully integrated into the mod?
