NMM Scripts

Quick noob question:

NMM doesnt work with OMOD conversion data scripts right?

I wanted to change from OBMM to NMM,,, I was getting tired of having to pack everything as OMOD and having to decompress every time I needed to tweak something

I made some basic scripts for mods with multiple choices

I had some mods that used complex scripting as Better Cities or Cobl

Tried to move my OMODs to NMM mod folder in the hope of being able to install them from there and leave all the important mods as OMOD format and the rest of the stuff in rar, zip and 7z files

First disappointment was noticing there's no way to pack or extract files from OMOD files

Second and biggest, was noticing it doesn't give a single fuck about scripts

Double click and "Mod has been installed" window appeared... no script, no custom options, no idea what the hell did I just installed

I'm not missing anything right?

NMM does in fact suck, and it is incapable of using scripts am I right?

NMM is a POS and doesn't work with OMOD files as far as I am aware.  You really need to upgrade to Wrye Bash.  I do NOT recommend using the "new" versions of Wrye Bash as it seems to be made by the same knuckleheads that are making NMM.  Use instead version 295 of Wrye: http://sourceforge.net/projects/oblivionworks/files/Wrye%20Bash/Wrye%20Bash%20295/

Also last time I checked NMM is incapable of dealing with dll files as well.

Yeah, I forgot to say I'm actually a Wrye Bash user from a long time... I love Balo auto grouping

But the Installers tab Ive been wanting to use it only for some very specific stuff... Tamriel Hegtmaps, Morroblivion, some BAIN ready mods...

wanted to manage other stuff with other managers... tried to use NMM... seems Im stuck with OBMM if there's no scripting

BTW one last question, is there a place where it is explained how to make BAIN "scripts"? I've seen some BAIN files come with a "wizard" file but I've no idea how to make one for facilitating the installation of multiple option mods

I made some scripts for OMOD files but nothing on wizards...
