I personally think these dudes have not created an easy to use all-in-one SOS with body included because they like the amounts of downloads they get this way lmfao. Like 10 years later....Still no easy to use all-in-one SOS with an always erect option, etc......Just insane. But thanks for at least providing something.

SOS is a full male body replacer. If you want additional addons or skin textures then yeah, you need to get that from other places. But the core functionality is all in the SOS (or even SOS light) files.

An always erect version would defeat the purpose of SOS which is to have a flaccid-erect penis depending on the situation. If you really want an always erect version just install Better males or similar static body replacer.

SOS is a full body replacer, it has everything you need in one package. All you need to do is download it and activate it in a mod manager, doesn't get any easier to use than that. Not only can you make the body always erect, you can make it always flaccid or anything in between, all with a racemenu slider.
