I keep getting this same error every time I open my game. Even after deleting all the mods and reinstalling the game. The game runs and works fine but I'd like to solve this issue. I have no idea what's wrong. Didn't find an answer while looking into it.

You're missing the pause screen texture. Apparently, you're using a mod that changes the pause screen texture to something else, but you're missing it. Or the texture path is incorrect.

Yeah, I figured it's something like that but I don't know what mod would cause it. It just weird it also happens with vanilla game now. Well it's not a huge deal fortunately.
