Looking for footstep splash effect mod

Hey all, I previously had a mod for LE that added a splash effect when walking through shallow water or general ground when it was raining. It was a cool little detail that I tried looking for to add to my SE modlist but for the life of me can't find it, it's as if it was deleted. I'm 98% sure I downloaded it from LE nexus and I can't find it there or through googling it. Just wondering if anyone knows of the mod and how I can access it.

Hmmm, I have that installed but I could have sworn there was another mod that adds splashing to footsteps when it's raining which I don't believe is covered by that mod. Either way I appreciate it. I'm just really confused, it's as if I imagined this mod but I swear I installed it. I must be losing it.

nah, it was a visual mod. It's so strange that there seems to be no trace of it.

I do get splashes and snow fluffing up from footprints.  Not major, but it's there.

There's also a sand and mud patch for it.

I use Wet & Cold as well.
