v1.1.0 doesn't like the empty equipment roster anymore.  I changed the first EquipmentRoster in bccaptor_sets.xml to this to get the game to stop complaining and crashing.

Actually confused, what's the point of this, specially since it has some files that'll overwrite hot buttered girls?
