My sims physically overlap?

 Every time I "make a move" or initiate any type of sex action, they travel to a spot then there's a major glitch: their bodies just stand there and overlap!

 

I thought the issue was with the animation but no matter which one I try I get the same glitch and I even have to restart my game because it won't let me do anything else, even when I reset/debug my sims. I've tried deleting and redownloading everything but nothing works and I've never had this issue before.

 

Everything works perfectly except actual sex which sucks because that's the main thing lol. Please help!!
