Help me with close combat DPS tank build

Like the title; I would like to make a character with full close combat DPS build.

Sth like my character would cast flame cloak, holding this Dawnguard Rune Shield(sustained blocking creates a minor sun shield doing 10 points of damage to nearby enemies) 

  That;s all I have in mind. I'm still new in skyrim. Hope to hear your suggestions either ingame gears,potions,etc.. or mods, are good.

The Lord Stone is pretty good for being tanky, gives some armor and an absurd amount of magic resistance. I find that frost mages are almost always the thing to kill me with melee builds; magic resistance effects in general pretty much negate their existence.

Get Ordinator. It'll expand what you can do with your perks massively and open up builds that are not possible in vanilla.
