attractiveness - penis size, effect?

does this has any effect over a sim?

i tried it with a female prefer big, played the animation with a guy with 50% +, but i don't anything about this setting effect.

 

and practically sim wearing pant normally, the other won't know the size unless experienced it or naked.

since it's not obvious compare to all other obvious visual settings, how this work?

Would be nice if it was part of the game play to discover how big a penis is, but you can't have everything. 

Maybe if, when you travel to a vacation world, you go through a TSA naked scanner so every sim finds out.
