Bannerlord, captured by bandits loop

So iv started to get back into bannerlord and got my mod list alll sorted out, though iv started having this problem where if i get into a fight with bandits and loose, and therefore get captured by them, it doenst let me actually get captured by them as it just brings me back to the screne you would get when initiating a battle, only way to actually get captured by them and not have this loop, is by bribing them when it starts doing the loop

Did you ever find a solution for your problem? I too am encountering it, and cannot find a fix anywhere.
