New to FalloutNV, looking for Mod Recommendations

Hello, I just recently bought FalloutNV and am looking for recommendations for Mods...at this time Graphics, Bug Fixes, Patches, Game play and Character creation, such as bodies, skin, eyes, hair, etc...

As for the other questions, I'd like to refer you to

the top mods are bugfixes and other good mods. Only warning is that some mods are not compatible (also make sure that the skeleton file installed from my first link, is not overwritten by other mods)
