Bloody Void???

I posted on Reddit just now about this place but I wanted to post here too. I was wandering about Falkreath when I suddenly got transported into something called Bloody Void. There was no cave, no real entry point, it was just...me walking, and suddenly being taken to Hell. I can't find ANYTHING in my mods list or on the wikis about this place, or the guy inside it. There's just nothing. I legitimately am starting to worry my game is possessed by demons or something. Can anyone else access this place, or is it just me?

open up console, click anything inside, you´ll see which mod placed it. easy.
Looks like some unfinished leftover some mod author didn't bother to clean up.
