Character being able to use both male and female animations?

So, I am having a hard time finding the answer to this question so I thought I would ask it. I am using a futa character, but whenever I interact with a NPC, my character is always in the female position. I want it so that my character can be in both male and female positions.

goto this setting on sexlab if your character is futa it will say female on player gender, just click there to male and from there on your character will always take male position on animations. there's also a button to change position mid animation but i dont remember which is. just check on player hotkeys and you're good to go.

Press the "=+" key during an animation to swap actor positions.
