After Nuka world some stuff seems reset in Diamond City...?

I returned from my Nuka world adventure and in Diamond City folks treat me like I justarrived new to DC.

The "confidence man quest" notification showed up (I admit I never did it before.. but why would I be notified of it again?

Piper is back in her office. ( albeit wearing the lingerie I put on her when she was my follower and I parked her in sanctuary)

The DC security never makes remarks anymore about my role as minuteman leader and no one has heard anything about me wiping out the 3 gangs in Nuka world ( I know its not like her eis an internet.... but in the game news always seems ot travel immediately so...)

I also dont have an option to tell piper about the Nuka world adventure which would make a great story for her paper.

It just feels a bit "off".

I did disable the DC expansion some time ago ...

Any chance something might have gotten reset after my long absence from the Commonwealth?

If you installed some mod during nuka world some things may reset

Are NPCs supposed to react to you in any way for having wiped out the gangs in Nukaworld?

Not that I'm aware of. If you hadn't wiped them out they might have something to say since they (nuka world raiders) would have been raiding settlements in the commonwealth, but since you wiped them out they (commonwealth citizens) wouldn't be aware that there were even raiders there.

Well they reacted to me being Minuteman General with supportive and respectful comments.. Or maybe that was one of my mods improving the NPCs...

Do you by chance have better settlers or can't think of the other one but it improves the npc's & settlers dialogues, because them reacting to you being the MM General sounds like one of those mods to me.

I have both better settlers and tales of the of the common wealth. I am often unsure which improved interaction is due to which one.
