How can i stop other male sims asking my male sim for sex.

I tried using the command line to set everyone to hetero but it didn't work.

Wicked Settings > Sex Settings > Sex Relationship Settings/
Respect Gender Preference Switch: ON
Joining Sex Gender Compliance Switch: ON

 

Wicked Settings > Sex Settings > Cheats > Always Accept: (Set to 0 or 1 Green Bar)
