I need help trying to get rid of this glitch. It looks horrible. LOL

Looks like broken penis and tongue models.

Whatever penis model your male Sim has applied in these pics probably needs to be updated, as WW changed some stuff about the rigs and everything a while back (don't ask me about details, I don't know the first thing about animating stuff).

As for the floating tongue, my guess would be a file conflict between WW and something that contains a custom tongue (can also be sth like Nandong's default heads).

If all else fails, you can always 50/50 through your mod files to identify any troublemakers (takes a bit of time to do it, but is almost guaranteed to be successful). A short overview of the whole process can be found here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/finding-broken-4-23751034
