i dont know i installed but every time i attack my character moans its getting pretty annoying. ia there any way to stop that or do i have to keep putting the custom voice to zero.

Check in the various mods if you have any Voice replacers or similar . There was a mod that does what you say but, I don't remember the name. If , you show us the load order , a mod list , we can probably help you.

For some reason, headtracking mods usually come with "voiced pc" features. So my first suspect there would be these 2:

2. Check for mods adding HDPT records (Head Part) pointing to custom head meshes.

There are mods that have MCM options to make your character moan after certain actions like being hit by enemies.  Some of them allow you to set how frequently it is (10%, 50%, 100%, etc.).  I've had two mods that do that in the past, and both allow you to turn it off or set it to "0".

 

Like Anjen above, I can't remember which mods those are. 

 

If the Head Tracking mods are not the source, you may want to go through your MCM menus again to check in case that is the cause.
