Any mod/method capable of using a custom head mesh for the player?

Hello

 

In Skyrim, the Looks Menu mod allows exporting the head as a .nif, and importing it back. That way I can make changes in 3ds Max that aren't possible using in-game sliders.

 

I know that the Fallout 4 Looks Menu doesn't have this feature. Is there any other mod with a similar functionality? Or some other method of using a custom head .nif for the player, but not other NPCs.

 

I was trying to recreate my Skyrim character in FO4 but the sliders are very limiting.

You can export had as a nif from creation kit, but I dont think that is what you need

I use the mod already. It's cool but not cool enough.

 

I know I can get the default femalehead from the game files, is this what you mean? Either way there's no way to import it back into the game so it doesn't really help. Thanks anyway.
