Would WW start working again if I just delete all of the last exception files?

No, but without all those old LE files, you won't have to figure out which one is related to whatever issues is currently preventing WW from working.

The best practice would be to delete all those LEs and "localthumbcache.package", then update all of your gameplay-affecting mods (as well as the game, if you haven't done that already) and run the game. If you notice anything wrong or a new LE pops up, make a post about it - preferably with screenshots (if there's anything to see), a description of what's going on (if anything actually happens) and/or the related LE file(s) attached (if available).
