Simsy McSimsface Posted November 7, 2022 Posted November 7, 2022 (edited) This is a short tutorial on how to hide certain mods/CC, or even all content that was made by a certain user/users, with using the uBlock Origin browser extension's custom filtering function. Install the uBlock Origin browser extension. - Link for Chrome / Link for FireFox Click on the uBlock Origin icon in your browser's upper taskbar (red shield with UO in it), then on "Open the dashboard" (it's the cogwheels in the bottom right corner) Select the "My Filters" tab Add the following line to the list: www.loverslab.com##.ipsClear.ipsDataList > li.ipsDataItem:has-text(/TEXT/) Where TEXT is the either the name of the user or the title of the mod that you'd like to hide. * Choose with caution what words to filter! For example, if you add "Wicked Whims", then ALL mods that have "Wicked Whims" in their title OR description will be hidden! Repeat step 4 for each things you'd like to hide. When you're done adding all the lines you wanted to, click on the "✔️Apply changes" button. Reload LoversLab to activate changes. Example: Spoiler A certain someone was really getting on my nerves recently, with him updating the description in his files 5-6 times a day, perpetually bumping them to the top. Krolista Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 Thanks for posting this, I don't know if I'll ever actually use it, but it is good to know/be reminded that it is a function built into uBlock. 1
