[Request] Dialogue Enabled When Transformed As An Werewolf

So I currently have it to where there is no agro as a werewolf and the ability to stay in werewolf form without a time limit, but there seems to be no real mod that allows you to start dialogue's with NPC's when transformed. We know in game its possible for werewolves to talk while transformed such as with Sinding in the "Ill Met By Moonlight" quest. That said if anyone is bored or in the mood to, and it would be much appreciated make a mod for this.
