here's val gorthia mark up/write up.  Its obviously still being worked on, but damnit rowdy youre fucking mad with this design, its a goddamn maze (i mean that with a smile on my face).  I took quite a few pics and left out a few obvious ones that were still being worked on like the crystal room.  I got lost a few times and didnt remember where i took a few of the pics so i noted where i think i was for most of the ones i was unsure about.  Added a suggestion section for the bar and entryway areas as theyre empty and feel weird (this is intentional at this state of the mod i know, but its food to think about).  Off to another location!    yall, the rar file is just images of things i noticed they arent corrections to install for the mod

Glad you're enjoying the mod! Yeah, Pete is pretty sneaky with his traps. Though his older brother will be a threat in the story....

winter war cave markups, liked the layout of this one.  was very confused as to why i thought the wreck outside looked different but couldnt figure it out till i ran around the back and spotted the extra stuff you added to make the path for the cave.  yall, the rar file is just images of things i noticed they arent corrections to install for the mod.  also quick peak into xedit shows that Aradia an unplaced maiden has relationship reference under the referenced by tab that says morgana not aradia

Ok last dungeon area that i know of, unless mistwatch north tower is new (will check to be sure).  Fort carcadia is may favorite area so far, very impressed and proud of the work you did here.  Still found some stuff, but still happy with this place.  you get an attaboy from me, its on the explanation page in the maebels room folder, green text.

Another follow up about the weird bug I encountered. I start another new game and make a default Nord character with default name 'Prisoner'. When I check the console it says my character's name is 'Pantea's Flute' and it is last edited by this mod. I will try to play with this mod though since I'm kinda curious what other wacky stuff would happen.

(Edit: I look into the xEdit, and there is a mention about 'Pantea's Flute', could this be related to the bug?)

AH! So that's where it is. Thank you. I'll fix that. Honestly I no idea why or how that happened.

you mean thanks to J12581612 not me...  anyways heres the last 2 dungeon markups.  took me a minute to realize that they were addons to existing dungeons. 

 

lost knife is well done, though its a player who uses followers nightmare with those thin ledges.  i knew you showed a pic of the shrine before but thats really a nice touch, quality work there.

 

uttering hills i nearly missed the door to it, walked past it like 4 times.  I like this one as it feels like its smaller compared to a couple others and not as maze like and i didnt get lost.  Jail area is nice and needs filling, the vampire den is a good spot, the gal was off center on the table for me but i attribute that to zaz being goofy like it does for koz's wenches.

 

looking forward to what you do going forward, lemme know if theres anything i can do to help ya further.  im more than willing

😄Thanks, I gotta, give credit to the correct people. Hadn't had my coffee when I was replying to messages this morning. Thinking of adding some railings or something in the future to the mine. Though then again, it's supposed to be pretty dangerous that way.
 

Val Gorthia is a bit bare than I like it to be as it's still wip. I'll be adding things so it's easier to get around in and know what path you're on. Same with a lot of the bare areas in the other dungeons. Along with fixing terrain issues. Pete's Lair I think has the most as it was the first I made along with Val G. The pics are a great help, and I'll go over them in the future to touch up those areas.

The hotfix works, my character is no longer called 'Pantea's Flute'. However, some bugs still present in the 1.1.1a version.
The solitude guards still aggro when I first get in the city, but as soon as I go into the inn then leave, they'll back to normal. I suppose something to do with the execution scene make them aggro on player? Also, when I load the save file it says I got Night Cloak and Mist Form out of no where. Pretty weird.
The two bug I mention above appears in both 1.1.1 and 1.1.1a. Quite weird, but at least I get to not play as a flute, thanks Rowdy! 😆

didnt have guard aggro on me in solitude, but i reloaded an auto save and it said i got night cloak and mistform, i freaked out cause i thought it made me a vampire or something but nope.  i exited without saving to desktop and reloaded the auto save right before it and it didnt give it to me so i just wrote it off as a one time thing but if you experienced it too, thats interesting

Ok, no idea why that happened to you guys. I haven't done a thing to guards or "player'' abilities.

in which im sure you never intended to have the player be named panteas flute either lol

Since I'm not a modder, all I can do is look up xEdit again. I did find a follower Evelyn references both Night Cloak and Mist Form perks. Not sure if related though, at least it seems this bug only gives spell and doesn't turn player into vampire.

evelyn isnt even a vampire, she is in the vicinity of one though... and why would it not reference the vampire gals in the mod?

Yeah, I have the flute issue too, that's a weird one xD

Also, I can't seem to find any of the outdoor maidens, at least Belladona. I did a manual install and everyone else is showing up so not sure where I went wrong. Otherwise, everything is great, I can see how much time and energy you put into the girls and dungeons ❤️


Annnnd I just remembered that some maidens were moved, not surprised it was the outdoor ones now that I think about it, super late for me

Looks like I'm going hunting lol

Ah Evelyn, ok yeah. She's a tester of mine when I try out new abilities. I probably forgot to remove ability. I think it's one that is set up as a "player only" power.

I've removed the mistform-spell/perk from the Evelyn. I've started 5 new characters and played from 3 old saves and the guards didn't argo once.

Evelyn is actually a vamp. I'd say nearing the end of a "fledgling" phase. Calia and Cyndala are two of the elder vamps. Though Calia and her brood are powerful, all are on edge (except Calia), when her friend Cyndala is around. When asked about her past Cyn will only say she comes from a far-off island clocked in mists and nothing more. Rumor has it that Cyn and Calia adventured together when they were still mortal. Along with a mystery third member............

neat, also noticed on the main page that the girls who arent placed yet you have Igrid (nord) twice and a raquel (khajit) and a raquel (nord) listed

IDK how far along you are in your ideas for quest stuff, but what are we looking at for quest structure?  I know the overall thing has something to do with bandits moving girls via blackreach, but is the overall thing going to be about that or is that going to be one set of quests, with someone like calia and the vamp gals having their own unrelated thing and certain groups being compartmentalized with their own stuff?  I know you said calia will have a hideout for girls, but is this just for the ones associated with her and getting separate locations for others, or are we getting the hideout for all 66+?

Calia's lair will be big enough to hold all 66+ followers. The layout is something kin to dawnguard keep located in the mountains, half in cave. There is actually a pretty big area in skyrim that only has trees that I'm planning to build it there. The area looks like the devs were going to place more there for skyrim but was abandoned so I figured I might as well fill it. 😁

 

There's another war going on behind the scenes in Skyrim, something from Calia's past that has targeted her and her brood. Using bandit slavers as a cover. 

All the followers have a tie-in to Calia herself and have joined her group/brood. Calia helps those women that need it offering the "embrace" as a reward to those who've earned it, though not everyone takes it, which she respects, but demands loyalty. She's not cruel in-fact she acts like a caring older sister. This maybe a result of losing her younger sisters as teen who she couldn't protect. A stark contrast to Cyndala who acts a lot like Saeko from "Highschool of the Dead." It's said she hooked up with Cyn and another shortly after and wandered over Tamriel. 

The bandits are actually henchmen working for this dark force and as the story goes on players will learn more about Calia's past and why everything is happening. A clue may lay in with Calia's vampiric bloodline. Those embraced retain their beauty even going so far as to restore defects. A fact I'm sure that has cause jealousy/envy. There is also something unique about her bloodline too.... 

 

Let's just say the enemy has taken a keen interest in this.

Besides the main quest, I want each follower to have a quest or two, so players learn about them. Along with diaries that each come with explaining their combat, stats, etc. How they get along with one another and their friends. 

 

Ugh I'm rambling lol. Coffee's brewing so I'll be able to focus soon. :coffee:
