Playable Female Deathclaw?

And a female deathclaw mod: nexusmods(dot)com/fallout4/mods/18919

Is there a way to combine these so I can play as a big busty feral deathclaw without replacing every deathclaw and does the sex mod support female deathclaws ravaging the local raider population? I haven't modded in a very long time and never touched Fallout 4 so any help with things like load order or creation kit would be very appreciated.
