Almost all the mods here depend on fnis which in turn depends on skse.please help guys ;-;

Exactly, that's why you can find this in the skse website

SKSE cannot support any potential Windows Store release of Skyrim. Windows Store applications are locked down similarly to consoles and do not allow the APIs necessary for script extenders to work.

The best way to have a moddable game is to get it on Steam (and once you have your game installed disable automatic updates). There has been a recent GOG release of Skyrim, but I'm not sure of the extend of mods support for it.

On top of avoiding Steam updates you'll need to get acquainted with game (the SkyrimSE.exe product version) and SKSE versions, since mods with a dll require some specific versions of these.

And note that the version of Skyrim you can buy on Steam nowadays is Skyrim Special Edition (64bits), you can still buy Skyrim LE (32bits) if you have the direct links to the store pages (a quick google search should do it, I don't have them at hand). And remember that there are two entirely different Nexusmods sites for Skyrim LE and SE, as well as forum and download sections here in LL.
