I do know the amazing world of bikini falmer armor has something similar but I'm looking for man made armor theme, something like a knight helmet, rogue hood, barbarian headwear theme.

Can't think of any that make a point of doing that, but I know I've seen some. However, you can just zap the mouth part of some and I bet it'd look decent enough. Though working around the head for full helmets can sometimes be tricky- I must admit. I don't do it often.
