MrsSykes Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 (edited) Hi, I had to update to the newest WW Version but it's not working. I am not able to start anny WW Interactions. But WW is available but on the second pic you can see if i click on furniture there is no WW available. It's not working for teens or adults, etc no matter what I do. I reinstalled it many times but no chance. Gameversion   1.92.145.1030 This should work: WickedWhims v170k AUGUST 10TH 2022 Supported Game Versions: 1.90.375(Aug 2), 1.91.205(Sep 8), 1.92.145(Oct 11) Any ideas? Thanks in advance  Edited October 14, 2022 by MrsSykes
Crashdown117 Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 Is this the case for all furniture (e.g. also beds) and the floor as well? Some objects (especially newer stuff and CC) might simply not be registered correctly. Have you made sure that both "custom content & mods" and "script mods" are turned on in the game settings? You should get a warning about this from WW, AFAIK (same as when you bury the files too deep within sub-folders), but it's better to be safe than sorry. Also, have you deleted "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4", after the update? It's recommended to always delete it after making any changes to your mods or the game itself (update, delete,...).
MrsSykes Posted October 14, 2022 Author Posted October 14, 2022 (edited) It is for all furnitures and floor as well yes. It's not working on any place. No new CCs etc, just updated my WW. Mods and everything is activated and I get the warning after the game started up. localthumbcache is deleted and its still not working WW Folder is directly in my Mods folder as recommended. Crashdown117 Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 The only other thing that I could think of in the meantime is that your animations might have become disabled somehow. I remember a case of someone who ended up with zero available animations because all of them had ended up on the blacklist. To check this, go into your WW settings -> Sex and find the two options for disabling animations at the bottom (dynamically by context, category etc., and per animation, sorted by authors). For the dynamic options, uncheck all but the one for missing props, and in the list of authors, make sure that it doesn't say something like "0/123" for all of them.
MrsSykes Posted October 18, 2022 Author Posted October 18, 2022 Is there a list where you can see which authors are on this blacklist?
MrsSykes Posted October 18, 2022 Author Posted October 18, 2022 I deinstalled everything, i deleted all animations (i had to many) and reinstalled WW again ww.test is working  I think these animations came auomaticly? Dunno WW is available But not working on any furniture etc. I don't know what to do. I mean it is now a plain WW version.Â

Dunno Yup, these are built into WW for trying out the mod. There should be some for double beds and the floor among these, IIRC. Also, all of them are active, so none got blacklisted by accident. Unless something else is interfering, your Sims should be able to have sex now. If there's still no WW available outside of self-interactions, maybe run a game repair via Origin / verify file integrity via Steam.

OK I'll do a game repair and hopefully everythings will work after that
thellama99 Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 (edited) I have encountered this before for various reasons... and I am pretty sure you are having the same issues I was --  It's likely based off your WW settings on when sex can happen due to gender, position, and attractiveness.  In my specific example - most of my sims are male, and only interested in men, and I had some trans men (male physique, female bottom) and the game was having a really hard time figuring out who could interact with who.  There were some settings I had to change (Sorry, my game isnt loaded right now so I can't give you specific menu choices but)  1. There are some settings about Gender, and you have 3 choices I believe: Sims gender based off their genitals, based off their custom CAS gender settings (he/him she/her, etc, which a lot of my sims don't have that set for) or anything goes -- I switched it to anything goes.  2. Then there are some options for "Treat males as both, Treat females as both," and various other settings related to that. My issues came from the fact that all of my sims are male, or trans men. I had to go and "Set female as both" so that men could perform the F role in animations. This goes into more detail: https://wickedwhimsmod.com/sex-settings  3. I used the WW Settings on each sim to set whether they were recognized as male, female, both -- and if they were a top, bottom, or both. This helped make more animations show up with the above steps.  4. There's an "Attractiveness," pie choice that is separate from WW. You may need to modify both this setting, and WW. For example, I had to go into "Attractiveness," and make it so all my sims were gay/bi. I then had to go into WW, and there were options about blocking sim interactions from happening if they weren't within their attractiveness, or making it so sims in relationships couldn't cheat. There are also WW traits you can give to everyone (Post-puberty, Ignore attractiveness, Polyamorous, [as these all effect who can sleep with who])  5. The easiest way I found around this was to save your game beforehand and then basically set gender to anything goes, and then there is a sex setting --> cheats --> and I set it to make it so sims never refuse sex, ever. And then I applied the post-puberty, adulterer, polyamorous, ignore attractiveness WW traits to all sims in my world. Once I did that a TON of animations appeared. Although you may end up with wild animations (IE: Women on top, people not in the position you want - and thats where setting them as male/female and top/bottom in the WW settings helps fix that)  Once I did that I realized the animations, and WW was working correctly, and at that point it just becomes a matter of setting your in-game settings up properly to achieve what you're looking for...  Since the WW pie option appears, you should be able to click on a bed or floor or w/e and should have a masturbation option by default (I think one comes with WW??) and if that works then it is 100% based on your settings blocking the interactions from starting....  Edited October 21, 2022 by thellama99

Because before there was the new Sims update I made my first gay and lesbian pairing and had to change "Attractiveness" for that. I'll try and test. I repaired my game but there where no mistakes. Hopefully I'll get this fixed
