Simple Breasts. In game when you're choosing body parts with WW, there should be a "SimpleBreasts Implants" option.

Seconding this, though I don't use the specific "implant" ones myself often for the effect, I prefer using one of the other simdulgence ones and combining it with this slider, that way you basically have the shape both clothed (with "standard" mesh clothes) and nude.
