Is this topology suitable for animation? (girl model)

As you probably understood, the question is addressed to 3D artists.
I specialize in hardsurface (interiors, weapons, metal structures, etc.), Animation and biological objects, at the moment I am only mastering and do not fully understand how to correctly build the topology of a biological object for subsequent animation.

Therefore, I would like to know the opinion of 3D artists who have mastered these topics. Is this mesh suitable for animation? if not, what needs to be changed?

Model 18+, if you are confused, then do not download.    cartoon_girl.FBX

It is clear that the mouth, teeth, nails, eyes, asshole should be finalized. Need to make normal hair, not what I did. But the question now is about the topology of the body.

lol-must not see that for an answer-yes, it is...as soon you have rigged it and as soon you have created a very professional weighting! Endless videos around such themes are available on u-tube.

You can also buy a ready to play model, is about $1000-2000, if built up from scatch with all parts complete, game-ready. In any case can you study on such models.

Before rigging and weighing,  need to make a mesh that will not create problems when rigging and weighing. It also won't look like a scrotum when animated.
That's why I asked a question about topology.
As for $1000-$2000 models, I make $5000-6000 a month, so it's not a smart spend for me. Tutorials on YouTube do not answer my question. As a rule, the basics or the purpose of the tools are shown there, which I know without lessons.
Learn from someone else's models? Yes, I downloaded several models from game resources. The topology seems to be similar. But maybe I did something wrong. This is where the question comes in.
