Check for missing masters. Use the Crash Log Auto-Scanner. Embrace the crash. Eliminate the problematic mods. Profit. Of course as with all Bethesda games, also make sure you aren't going over the hard plugin limit of 253* esp+esm. You can have more than that but they must be marked "light" as .esl or espfe.
