Sexual Orientation Missing in my Sims 4 CAS (Only Custom Gender Settings is visible)

I have never seen the sexual orientation menu even after the update. The only thing I can find is Custom Gender Settings which is just "this sim can use the toilet standing = yes/no" type of menu. But now I've encountered lots of random generated sims with no sexual orientation which straight up can't be romanced. Is it because of WickedWhims, some outdated mod or is there something I'm missing?

 

If it's outdated mod, anyone have any idea what it could be? because I can't even see any errors logged and what not.

Try running the game without any mods (either disable them in the game settings or move them out of your Mods folder). If that doesn't change anything, repair your game via Origin/Steam and try again (still without mods).

If everything is fine without mods, you can enable them / put them back into your Mods folder again. If everything is still fine, you're done.

If running them game with mods produces the same issue again, you need to find the one(s) causing it. When looking for outdated mods, you can go by the timestamps of the files and start with the oldest ones, but you might want to consider a full 50/50 run, as that will allow you to identify all broken mods (regardles of their "age") and also mod conflicts.
