Umm... no text in custom careers

All the custom careers in my game looks like this. Any idea that why looks like this?

Blank text usually means that the game can't find the text that is supposed to go there. For anything custom, I would guess that you are missing a translation or that the translation file isn't read properly. Some mod authors copy their default language texts (most of the time the English texts) to create the entries for other languages like German or Spanish, but others don't and then there's nothing for the game to display.

In short, get a translation for these custom careers and make sure that it's loaded into the game along with all the other mods.
