If you are talking Khajiit or Argonian then

You can set the childs race to mother or fathers race or a random choice between the two.

Alternatively you can force the childs race to be any of the payable races.

Other pregnancy mods might work as well.

I kitbashed it by combining untamed which supports beast/creature followers as well as pregnancy with hentai pregnancy for belly/breast sliders, milking, and cum inflation.
