I'm sorry but i'm too lazy to make a mod i wouldn't use myself, but making a little dialogue plugin is pretty simple if you wanna try it yourself. You can edit dialogue using cretion kit, they are in the "Quest" section. Follower dialogue is in the "generic" category. For the voicefiles you can use xVaSynth which is super easy and userfriendly. DoubleCheesebuger has a excellent step by step Guide and if you're super lazy you can use this xEdit Script to export and batch generate.
