PINGERton Agent Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 (edited) trying to make floating nipple armor to make lactation effect to follow nipple location correctly. but unfortunately im too stupid and informations are scarce and too complex to comprehend. I will post my incomplete and flawed nipple armor bodyslide first. hope this one clarifies how i messed up in which aspects. Heard whole importance of data size of specific meshes you desire. but not sure how entire metric works. So further explanation and feedback for my mistakes will be extremely appreciated. I just couldnt stand the XP32 skeleton based lactations ruining immersion. thus i chose to invest on this specific work. But my lack of experience and talent is showing through this ordeal. Latest female skeleton has special nodes for particles BreastMagic for like lactating mods and stuff. Your research is in that direction. And special nodes are usually not skinned, they are bound to skeleton nodes with string data.

And special nodes are usually not skinned, they are bound to skeleton nodes with string data. i already tried the breastmagic node, but turns out it definitely is not precise to nipple location. my hypothesis is that i need to make 3rd party addon to calculate nipple location by reading the TRI or Niopa data, or i should make ghost node that follows nipple location. neither is achievable at least for me, not savvy in programming.

Hmm, well, all of it work on Skeleton.nif data eventually for the body meshes. As example - Me and other modders are making dynamic controller data animations \particles in nif files, that can be equipped to objects in outfits\ weapons and used in the game. Same as NetImmerse options of Controller Modifier but I use it directly in Nifskope. I dont see any troubles to make such task. Need a proper way of approaching to it. I know that all of ideas that visits modders vision, can actually be found in Skyrim vanilla files already, analyzing them as a reference. To ask modders who has worked on such mods directly is a proper way of approach to a solution. Pretty sure you can figure it out looking at vanilla animation\ particle nif files.Good luck.
