Enchanced Character Edit Question

One of my friends made me a real nice looking character for skyrim using ECE. I have never used ECE before. After making a CME_Save folder I copied and pasted his slot loads over to that folder. However, when I slot load it, the charcters look different. Is there anythign else I must do? I downloaded all of the mods he told me too. He doesn't speak english well so it's hard to understand him sometimes.

Your friend probably has different character textures then you. character textures can drastically change how your character looks.
