Removing the fig leaf

Is there any mod that just replaces the fig leaf with a penis on male characters that's compatible with EPE?  I don't want new subsystems or anything I just want something like the old Simple Shafts mod, but that mod doesn't seem to be updated anymore and broke back when Royal Court came out.

There is also the Simple Slits mod that's a bit more lightweight compared to CBO and if i'm not mistaken there is also a equivalent for Schlongs.

CBO is not compatible with the most recent version(s) of the game. It broke somewhere around 1.6.12. If you want to use it, you have to roll back too far to actually play the game; it'll throw a bunch of GFX errors and crash if you unpause.

CBO makes a huge wrap around fig leaf that I can not get rid of ...

nope, CBO does not remove the fig leaf. It makes it a huge cloak that wraps around the whole character. F-ing Amerikans ...
