No, they aren't. Only named wrong. Name them all the same only as xxx.part1.rar, xxx.part2.rar, etc, Open part1 with 7zip and it should extract all of them.

well i tried what you said to do and open with 7 zip and it is still wrong and 7 zip also says there is 2 errors and they all say that so they are not right

You need to rename each file to the error shown.  Extract. Profit.

I will do this step by step.  

Download EACH file, preferably to the same spot.  

Create a new folder.

Move each downloaded file to the new folder you created.

Rename each file so they look like this.  

 1227431242_2b9sr18.part1
1227431242_2b9sr18.part2
1227431242_2b9sr18.part3
1227431242_2b9sr18.part4

Extract part 1 to a new folder by clicking part 1 and clicking extract here and 7zip will do the rest. 

Take the new folder that has been made with all files extracted into it and compress it with 7zip (if you are using vortex or MMO2) so you can extract it with your preferred mod manager.

Hopefully this will help you out and you can get this working.  If you can't I can upload each of the files as they are supposed to be named.

and the name is as you said to do and still has errors as seen

You need to put all four files into the same folder before you start unzipping it.  You only have one file in there.
