Issue with BodySlide, nipples off center and missing skin on hip

As the title explains and the picture shows, I'm having some trouble with BodySlide. It shows up just like this in game, and I'm not sure how to get this fixed. Any ideas, or places to start looking? Thanks in advance!

If you intended to add a screenshot it's not being displayed? at least I don't see it. But if I had to guess it's something like this? (and similar thread)

This happens when you install the wrong skin textures for your body mod. For example using UNP skins in a CBBE body. You'll need to check your installed mods, find the culprit and remove it, or get a skin mod for your body mod and use that instead of whatever you have at the moment.
