It's weird, I remember I don't have this problem half a year ago

 

 

 

 

this is my 'left panel'

 

 

zex is not covered by any other mods, even I checked every .bsa file below it. 

 

and this is my 'right panel'

 

 

 

Is this right, anyone help me, thanks.

You need to use FG or mod for separate skeleton with knee fix for cbbe

Although the problem looks like using cbbe, I am already using Fusion Girl

Maybe it is a problem with Girly Animations? Try disabling that mod, see if it works.
