Guide to making skimpy outfit replacers?

Basically, I want to change the base game outfits to be skimpy/sexy myself, but I'm not sure on how to do that.

I know there's skimpy mods, but I wanted to make some myself.

That depends on your skills in 3d modelling, what level of content you want, how much time you have and how much you want to make in count

But 90% of the work is in 3d modeling, so you're better off googling how to make 3d clothes in blender. Importing it into fallout 4/skyrim is 10% of the work.
