Updated To AE, keeps asking me to "download and activate"

I'm sorry guys, probably I'm not the first one with this problem, I updated to AE and bought the full CC update opened skyrim (without skse) and downloaded everything, then I start with modding through Mod organizer, but when i start with skse I always get the message "thanks for buying anniversary edition download and activate" if I start Skyrim with steam, I don't get the message 

I tried searching for this online and here, but I can't find anything

yep it did ! i use bethini and i dont know why but the new ini where in the wrong folder and not in the mod organizer one ?

Run bethini through MO2, otherwise it won't use the vfs and thus edit the wrong ini files.
