how to have sex with any npc without them rejecting it because of the arousal lvl?

I am trying to have sex with a npc but they keep rejecting it. I tried tinkering the mods just so they can accept me but they still wont.

Scroll down to "mindless sex"  Scent of Sex is good.  It takes a bit to set-up, but basically choose your animations - one dialogue option, and always a yes.
