Title is self-explanatory, how do I even access the menus and other stuff? I plan on adding a few other mods to fuck NPC's, so please help me with those too.

Can't understand what you want, actually, but you wish to make mods for sex bound? Maybe these guides will be useful to you, if you just want to use the mod is too simple, you need a mod to get NPCs horny, and then press your action button on them, if you want minor adjustments, you need the zip version of sex bound, and just edit the text file to suit your needs.
