NCR CF changes, st.esp

i'm having a problem remembering what st.esp does and finding which mod/plugin changes the NCR CF.

To be exact one mod adds a closed jail door in the visitor room and I don't know which one.

st.esp is from sex toys. You don't need the esp because SCR has records for it.
