How to give existing NPC a persuasion wheel?

I wanna give the Adoring Fan a persuasion wheel cause I downloaded a cuddling mod and it seems that only NPCs with a persuasion wheel have the dialogue option to cuddle.

But whatever... persuasion wheel: Open the Construction set.
You can open only the Oblivion esm or a esp you use for fixes (so you don't need a new esp only for one NPC )

1 open actors - NPCs

2 WoodElf

3 male

4 double click the "ArenaFan1"

In the new NPC window you uncheck the "No Persuation"

Then you save. New esp or  in the esp you have loaded.

None of these work. I even sorted my load order. I thought it can’t just be the Adoring Fan so I tested with some vanilla followers and they all have the same problem too.

EDIT:  I checkrd the Fan. Yes he does not work because he only has a greeting with 3 dialog choices ( fuck off, wait, follow) and  then the dialogue ends.

You never reach the persuasion wheel.

You have to change his dialogues, a 4th dialogue option so you can talk to him.

Because now no Lovers dialogues, no persuasion wheel, no rumores, .... You can not fuck him ( Yes you can rape him )

 

I'll create a esp with 4th dialogue option "let's talk", so the Lovers dialogues, no persuasion wheel are displayed.  But not now ( 2 AM )

They worked but only for non-follower NPCs. One of the Knights of the Nine had a persuasion wheel but it always disappears when he is following.

 

yeah, I also made a new esp and activated it. Still no wheel.

Have you see the EDIT in my post above.

If the NPCs quit the dialogue you don't see a  persuasion wheel,  rumores or Lovers dialogues.

 

But it works with the spell.
