Help needed with changing genitalia

So I have two male sims (one has masculine frame and the other feminine) and I wanted them both to have vaginas during the deed. So I changed their genitalia but they are of poor quality visually + don't sit well as I'd like to when it comes to animations (compare to female sims + feminine frame). 

 

Is there any way to make their lower bodies look as good as female sims'?

You need to replace the standard WW vagina with one that is specifically meant for masculine Sims (e.g. this one https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/16861-male-vagina/). Apply it to your Sim via Body Selector (click on Sim > Wicked > Personalization > Anatomy... > Body Selector) or use the option to change it for all Sims of similar gender settings if you have more than one Sim with this particular issue. It's the same for feminine Sims with a penis, btw.
