First question I guess then: Did you install skse using a manager of some kind, and is that manager capable of installing skse? If you installed it manually, did you install the skse scripts folder properly? Edit: Are you running the game through the skse launcher? Does any other skse-enabled mod work? Have you checked skse logs?

Do you mean that the version numbers don't show up in the SexLab MCM 'Rebuild and Clean tab or are you talking about something else? If that is not what you mean then what does MO say? Does it show any warnings or errors?
