Can someone update this CBO+EPE patch?

I used CBO+EPE patch a while ago, but it's outdated and crashes the game. I don't know how to mod, so I hope someone would help me.

You'd be better not using EPE, since it breaks so many other mods that CFP works just fine with. Their code is a garbled mess and every update just keeps making it worse.
