Is there a mod that adds this armor from the loading screen and what is this footwear from Shout Like A Virgin?

I'm looking for an armor mod that adds this unobtainable armor from the loading screen and also what is this footwear I saw a woman wearing while I was in the temple of dibella, I can't seem to find it using additemmenu so I'm hoping it's originally from another mod that I can download then have this footwear

I don't know about the footwear but that armour is just Leather without the shoulder pads. If there is a Bodyslide version for vanilla armours available for SSE then you could probably do this in Outfit studio.

Yes both are really nice..is that not an armor which can be weared?....hard to believe...about the feet-wear you have to ask virgin marie, maybe.

The clothing is existing inside a folder, which is called specially for the game-loading-time (loading-screen-assets)....those could become alive, yes I think that ´s possible with some tricks...the character could become boned and then put into a t-pose and then the cloth could become alive...but better wait if maybe someone has better info about it.

I know there was a mod for Oldrim I believe that added the sleeveless leather armor to the game but I can't remember what it was called and I can't find it so I do know it's possible to convert it to a wearable armor piece. I just see lots of people saying they like it and figured someone would have made it wearable in SE already.
