Incorrect Body Anatomy

I noticed in my game that the sub-options on the gender are not working properly... It's been a while I played TS4 (like a year) and I took everything out of mods and added only updated ones, I don't have any old stuff besides clothes(that I already tested taking it out and nothing changed XD).

Sex with the full gender sex body works normally, I didn't notice anything unusual nor any animation not working besides this. I used use that a lot a year back, so I was so shocked to see them not working, to me it was pretty normal to expect it to happen when checking the 'impreg others' and 'pee while standing'

 

Example (I tested them quite a few times to be sure)

Fem Sim + Fem Frame + Fem Cloth + Impreg. Other + Standing Yes = no dick

Fem Sim + Masc Frame + Mas Cloth + Impreg. Other + Standing Yes = no boobs, no dick

Fem Sim + Fem Frame + Fem Cloth + Impreg. Other + Standing Yes = no dick

Male Sim + Fem Frame = dick works, but no boobs 

 

I tried to download other assets to use in 'body options' but they don't show up there (like Pornstar and RealGens), if I force the animations they just wear a strap-on, haha.

I imagine this must be me not understanding how the settings work now or something (?)
My game is running pretty smoothly and no errors show up when that happens, it just don't work the way I expect it to.

AFAIK, the "pee standing" setting is still supposed to determine whether or not a newly created Sim has a dick, but the "proper" way to do it now is to click on your Sim in Live mode, then Wicked > Personalization > Anatomy > Genitals, and select one of the options there. If you set your Sim to have a dick, you can then enter Body Selector and apply any penis model you have installed.

 

Regarding boobs on a masc frame, you probably need a visually female upper body that is tagged for male or available to both male and female Sims (similar to e.g. Noir's Pornstar Cock).
